Danny Care

 Danny Care joined Quins from Leeds Tykes in the summer of   2006 and scored a try on his debut in the pre-season friendly against Bourgoin on 11th August that year.

In 2006, Care was part of the England Sevens squad that competed in the Commonwealth Games and was also a regular in the England Under 19 team throughout the Six Nations and World Championship. He then went on to represent England at Under 21 level in the 2006 World Championship, before captaining the England Under 20s side during the 2007 Six Nations.

Earlier in his career, Care represented England at Under 16 and Under 18 level, in addition to being part of the England Under 19 Sevens squad that competed in the Commonwealth Youth Games in Australia in 2004.

 

 

 

Hal Luscombe

Hal Luscombe joined Quins in the summer of 2006 from Welsh provincial side the Dragons and made his club debut in the pre-season friendly against Bourgoin on 11th August that year, though a mixture of injuries restricted him to just 20 appearances in his first season.

He made his international debut for Wales as a replacement against Scotland in the Rugby World Cup warm up match on 30th August 2003, having represented Wales Under 21s earlier in his career.

He was part of Wales Grand Slam winning side in the 2005 Six Nations Championship, starting in the victories over England and Italy. A regular in the Welsh side throughout the 2006 Six Nations, Luscombe scored his second international try in the match against France at the Millennium Stadium (18th March).

 

 

De Wet Barry joined Quins in the summer of 2007 from South African Super 14 side The Stormers and made his debut in Quins’ win against London Irish at the Madejski Stadium on 28th October. Since then he has made 14 first XV start and scored two tries.

He first represented The Stormers at Under 21 level in 1998, before going on to win 65 provincial caps, 66 Super Rugby caps and 39 Test caps for South Africa.
